As a PEER Trainer andAssessoryour role will include providing training, guidance, mentoring andcoaching to our VET in School students.

As a PEER Subject Matter Expert your role willinclude providing assistance to Trainers and Assessors in theknowledge and performance areas. All whilst studying towards aCertificate IV Training and Assessment.
Starting Wages $$$
Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 4 $49.53 - 61.90 P/H
Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 3 $46.69 - $56.36 P/H
Subject Matter Expert Level 2 $41.04 - $51.29 P/H

Skills and experience:
- Qualified tradesperson - Engineering Fabrication or EngineeringMechanical
- Computer skills
- Ability to pass a Working with Children & National PoliceChecks.
- Proven track record in inspiring, supporting, motivating peopleand fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Cert IV(TAE40116), or willing to study
