The Role
PLC is inviting interest for a part-time (indicative 0.5 FTE) fixed-term vacancy across Term 2 and Term 3, 2024 (17 June to 26 July), covering a staff member on leave.
The incumbent will work closely with an accomplished, highly collaborative team of educators who are focused on creative, reflective development of curriculum and outcomes for our students.
About You
You will be a passionate English / Literature educator with experience teaching English across Years 7 - 10, VCE / or IB English and Literature preferred.
You'll have sound knowledge of current practice through AITSL standards, can confidently guide, develop and nurture our students’ love of learning, whilst also understanding the need for strong academic practice and the maintenance of high standards amongst our students.
You will represent a positive role model for young women, be able to relate well to students, colleagues and parents, and be committed to the integrity and Christian ethos of the College.
