The Social Media Coordinator plays a pivotal role in elevating AUTC’s brand among its students and the wider public. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will devise and produce engaging visual and written content across our Social Media platforms,including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. There may be occasions when you are required to post to our website.
This is a casual in office position, located in Malaga
Key responsibilities:
- Create and curate compelling, informative content that aligns with AUTC’s marketing strategies.
- Develop a consistent, professional brand voice across all platforms.
- Produce and edit high-quality visual content that reflects the professionalism and integrity of quality education.
- Regularly schedule and publish content to maintain an engaging and informative online presence.
- Engage in community management by responding to comments, shares, messages, and inquiries promptly and with courtesy.
- Implement Social Media strategies to boost engagement, reach, and increase awareness among students and the general public.
- Coordinate with internal teams to source content and promote organisational events and news.
- Monitor and report on Social Media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay current with Social Media trends and competitor activities to ensure our content is relevant and cutting-edge.
- Conduct regular team meetings to brainstorm content ideas and refine Social Media tactics.
About you
- You hold a relevant qualification in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- You have at least one year of experience in content creation and Social Media management across various platforms.
- Your IT skills to create, schedule and monitor Social Media content are excellent.
- Your skills in video editing and content creation are exceptional, with a keen eye for engaging visual storytelling.
- You are a self-starter, driven to achieve excellent, engaging content.
- You possess outstanding organisational and digital skills.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to deliver excellent interaction with our audience.
- You are a team player committed to the collective goal but also capable of independent initiative and working within tight deadlines.
- Must possess permanent work rights in Australia.
