About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded Support Workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.
In addition to our values, our support staff require:
- Previous experience as an EN, RN or Disability Support Worker
- Relevant qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Medication Administration Training (or willing to obtain)
- Hygiene Training
- NDIS Worker Check (WWVP Card)
- National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
You will be supporting NDIS participants with a range of high complex care needs including but not limited to PEG Feeding, Manual Handling & Transfers, Medication Administration and Personal Care.
Other duties include community participation, domestic assistance, and other services depending on the client's needs.
