About the Role
Making Lives Better® and Happier Ageing® is at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
- First Visits - every time you meet a new client you will be supported by another team member!
- Electronic care plans - you can read about your clients prior to visiting them.
- Nurse Support - 24/7 access to Clinical advice
- Flexible working hours - you will be assigned clients and visits based on your availability, interests, skills and preferences
Responsibilities
- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
- Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Conduct Nursing Assessments
Skills & Experience
- Community nursing would be an advantage
- Subacute and disability experience
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
- Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
- Diabetes management
- Dementia experience would be an advantage
- Leadership experience is an advantage

- Coachable
- AHPRA Registration
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Car & Valid Drivers Licence
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
