Your part in St Stephen’s Hospital team
As a St Stephen's Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work as part of Australia’s first fully-integrated digital environment that is re-defining the way healthcare is delivered. We are the only not-for-profit private hospital service on the Fraser Coast, offering you the opportunity to work alongside a team of seasoned professionals - highly experienced and skilled in delivering the utmost quality in person-centred care.
Over the course of your 12-month program, we offer you the opportunity to consolidate your skills in several specialities; broadening your experience and setting you up for success!
Our Graduates will be offered a 64-hour fortnight (32 hours p/week) fixed term contract.

To be eligible to apply, you will need:
- To have completed your Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing between December 2023 and December 2024
- To hold registration with AHPRA by 12th January 2025
- Flexibility to work a full rotating roster (in a part-time 0.8 FTE position)
- Be available to commence in the program on 3rd February 2025
