Your New Role

As a Registered Enrolled Nurse you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. 

• You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.    
• What does your new role look like?

• Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
• Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive  
• Part time morning Shift 7.00AM to 3.00PM or Afteroon Shift 2.45PM to 9.45PM

About You

• Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
• Does this sound like you?
• A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work Morning, Afternoon over across a seven-day roster 
• Relevant qualifications eg: AHPRA registration 
• A driver’s licence and a access to a reliable car
• Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including  influenza
