What is the opportunity?
Estia Health Bannockburn are looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a Part Time basis working across a range of morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
Working in the clinical team, you will inspire others while coordinating the provision of daily care needs to our residents. You are an integral part of our family and will be responsible for;
- The provision of clinical care in accordance with legislation and practice within a professional and ethical frame work
- Completing comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation including ACFI and Commonwealth Standards
- Provide Leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care
What do you need?
Your passion for high quality of care assisting residents is why we appreciate you!
To be successful you will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills;
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 12 months experience (Aged care highly regarded)
- The highest of standards for clinical documentation
- The ability to effectively lead a team (Leadership experience highly regarded)
- Prior ACFI experience (Highly regarded)
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety principles
