Summary of Position:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and providing exceptional care for our Hobart residents. You'll have the chance to utilise your expertise to positively impact the well-being of our community whilst enjoying career opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients and forming personalised care plans
- Providing personalised resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or doctors.
- Careful monitoring of patient wellbeing and addressing any needs
- Working seamlessly within a multifaceted team to deliver high standards of care
- Perform clinical procedures like wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Accurate maintenance and documentation of patient’s records
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Strong communication and personability
- Excellent clinical knowledge and abilities
- Empathetic and compassionate approaches to all residents and families
- The ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Prior experience is attractive, but not essential
