Eldercare Evanston Park is seeking a dedicated internal Enrolled Nurses. Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join the team at Eldercare Evanston Park. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care to our residents. You will guide our Personal Care Assistants to provide daily care needs that focus on person-centred care and improving quality of life. You will have a key role in establishing a warm and welcoming home environment for our residents. About the role Located at our Evanston Park site Permanent part time opportunity (shift bundle below) Opportunity to pick up additional shifts on a casual basis Week 1 Monday 15:00 - 22:00 Week 2 Friday 15:00 - 22:00 Sunday 15:00 - 22:00 Monday 15:00 - 22:00 Tuesday 15:00 - 22:00 To be successful in this role, you will: Possess a Diploma in Nursing Hold a current AHPRA registration Applicants must have at least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Enrolled Nurse A genuine passion for provided person-centred care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff Eldercare encourage you to apply if you are a committed and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes whilst modelling the behaviours underpinning Eldercare's values of respect, accountability and connection. To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
