The role: ACH Group have permanent part time shifts and casual opportunities available for Enrolled Nurses to provide high quality clinical care at ACH Group's West Park Residential Care Home based in Goolwa.
Working closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will attend to clinical matters, support Care Workers whilst ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals.
What you'll do:
- You will be responsible and accountable for high quality clinical practice
- Support the utmost wellbeing of residents
- Undertake nursing assessments and coordinate interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Registered Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents

- Demonstrate significant experience as an EN
- Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of clinical competence
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- A nursing qualification and current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Medication administration competence

- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old at commencement
