Position Title: Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program
Classification: EN Level 2 Diploma year 1
Salary per hour: $33.83 + penalties as applicable + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Part time or full time available
Award: Proposed Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024

Role description
The primary objective of the Graduate Nurse Program is to develop and consolidate clinical skills acquired during the Diploma of Nursing course to provide best practice, evidence based, person-centred health care to consumers in a range of settings in a safe and competent manner as a developing Enrolled Nurse.
About you
- Completed Diploma of Nursing in 2023 or 2024 and has not completed a Graduate Program at another health service
- Eligible for registration with AHPRA
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Ability to accept direction and accept suggestions for change to practice as a beginning practitioner
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Effective time management and organisational skills
