SalaryLiving in the inner suburbs and looking to work close to home?We are currently searching for Enrolled Nurses to join our team working in the community and providing care to our clients in their home, in and around the inner eastern suburbs.Work close to home across the suburbs of Armadale, Malvern, Toorak, Caulfield, Carnegie, Ormond, Elwood, St Kilda, Prahran, South Yarra, Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne and surrounds.Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home Care clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
- Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse
- Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
- Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
- Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing
- Excellent work/life balance with shifts that suit your personal needs

- $15,900 salary packaging + $2,650 meal and entertainment allowance
