My People Solutions are recruiting up to 8x Enrolled Nurses for a reputable and well-established NDIS Registered Provider for a variety of support worker roles in the disability sector.Via a person-centric support framework and where disability-related healthcare support is required, encompassing a delegation of care in the community model overseen by experienced Registered Nurses, your role will be to deliver high quality daily care, assistance & support to between 1 and 3 people in the client's own homes and in the community.2 x full time fixed term contracts (12 months) - 38 hours a week, working 5 out of 7 days each week with at least 1 day off being on a weekend day, you will be rostered to work with a diverse range of the company's regular clients.4 x part-time fixed term contracts (12 months) - 12 to 24 hours a week plus inactive sleepover shifts, working 4 out of 7 days each week with at least 1 day off being on a weekend day, you will be rostered to work with a diverse range of the company's regular clients.2 x Casual roles you will be offered a variety of different shifts, which may include inactive sleepover shifts, each week depending on the client's needs.This company offers a supportive & inclusive environment, a comprehensive induction program, a duty manager on call 24/7, and providing successful candidates with a variety of great opportunities for mentoring, learning new skills and professional growth.Requirements
- 2+ years' local work experience as an Enrolled Nurse - medication endorsement preferable.
- Relevant qualifications, diploma level or above.
- Experience of Diabetes, Epilepsy, Wound Care, Continence & Mental Health will be especially well regarded.
- Current AHPRA (Enrolled Nurse Div 2) registration.
- Have or willing to obtain, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children (Employer), National Police Checks, First Aid & CPR.
- Current Driving Licence & Own Car.
- Willing and able to travel to one or more locations to work.
- Advanced communication (verbal & written) skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of occupational health and safety.
- Honesty, Integrity & Reliability for these roles is a must.
