About the role

We are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our professional team. These positions are available for an immediate start and include working a rotating 7-day, 24-hour roster. The primary purpose of this position is to provide patient-centred nursing care for patients across a range of across a range of positions available in medical/surgical ward areas, emergency department, subacute/rehabilitation, aged care & community services. 

Skills and experience

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse, with an NMBA approved qualification in administration of medicines
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
• Current knowledge and understanding of patient centred care
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing education
• Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Level 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $33.11 - $36.00 per hour.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask.  Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.
