Classification: IB68 – IB72

Salary per hour:  $33.83 to $36.00 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time or Ongoing part-time

Award: Proposed Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024

Role description

The Enrolled Nurse demonstrates competence in the provision of nursing care as specified by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) EN standards for practice, education preparation, relevant legislative standards and codes in the context of care. The EN works within scope of practice under the supervision and as delegated by the registered nurse, as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team, to deliver high standards of person centred care. The EN demonstrates contemporary, evidence based knowledge and skills in assessment; care planning and evaluation in the provision of care to clients and their significant others in collaboration with the registered nurse.

As an Enrolled Nurse team member, you will:

• Be a great communicator and enjoy contributing to a multidisciplinary health care team to ensure the highest quality of care for the local community
• Have current AHPRA registration Diploma in Nursing with Medication Endorsement or equivalent. If you have other relevant post graduate qualifications or experience, tell us more!
• Be flexible work across both Castlemaine and Maldon campuses, be available to work across a variety of days and shifts to support the nursing team across the organisation
• Be available to work across a variety of units including acute and rehabilitation units, and/or residential aged care units
