MOR Healthcare is currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join a public healthcare group in Melbourne on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
Role:Registered Nurses - Mental HealthNursing Pool (Full-Time & Part-Time Permanent Contracts)
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Salary: Competitive salary according to award rate
About the Role:
Join a dynamic Nursing Pool covering three hospitals, primarily focusing on acute Mental Health inpatient wards. You will receive your roster 4 weeks in advance, providing ample time for planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience in an acute Mental Health inpatient ward
- Strong qualifications in Mental Health nursing, equivalent to Australian standards (desirable)
- International experience will be considered only from New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, or Ireland
What We Offer:
- 482 visa sponsorship for international nurses from New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, or Ireland
- Pathway to Permanent Residency after 12 months of employment
- Relocation assistance of $10,000
Ideal Candidate:
- AHPRA registered
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in acute Mental Health inpatient wards
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Friendly, passionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
