A little bit about this role…This exciting role will focus on our Lifestyle Brookfield & Lifestyle Seasons. As a Lifestyle Consultant, you will nurture customers through the home purchasing process from initial enquiry to settlement.
- Working closely with Community Management
- Pro-actively getting to know your customers and ensuring that you are providing an exceptional experience
- Driving outcomes through our CRM
- Maximizing opportunities and fostering new enquiry
- Intel and insights are captured to ensure we know our customers
- New lead generation through Sponsorships, shopping centres activations, events, feedback to the marketing team, content creation etc.
- Help generate new enquiry in your local catchment to drive sales outcomes
- Real estate background
- Vendor-centric focused
- Customer Relationship Management
- High Level of empathy
- Outbound telephone sales experience
- Database Management experience
- Needs-based selling experience
- Project Marketing
- Events Management
- Business Development
- Results Driven
- Your secret weapon may be - experience working with customers in the over 50's market and taking customers on a journey (however this is not essential)
- Able to easily move between autonomy and team outcomes.
- Current drivers license and vehicle
- Finally, your ability to build rapport and engage with homeowners is pivotal to your success in the role.
