Role description
The primary objective of the Graduate Nurse Program is to develop and consolidate clinical skills acquired during the Diploma of Nursing course to provide best practice, evidence based, personcentred health care to consumers in a range of settings in a safe and competent manner as a developing Enrolled Nurse.
About you
- Current AHPRA Registration as a registered nurse in the state of Victoria
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Ability to accept direction and feedback to develop as a new practitioner
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Effective time management and organisational skills
