About the role
Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will supervise and lead a team of dedicated Carers to ensure our residents are provided with excellent quality care that supports their choices and preferences. You’ll also support their medication management requirements.
This role is a permanent part time working 26 hours per fort night.
Skills and experience needed
- You have a current registration as an Enrolled Nurse without notation with AHPRA.
- Certificate IV Ageing Support including Medication Module - (CHCCS303A) or Diploma of Nursing with medical endorsement.
- Enrolled by the Board as an Enrolled Nurse and is appointed as a Care Supervisor
- Aged Care industry experience (including supporting residents with a Dementia diagnosis) is essential
- Competence in Medication Management Systems
- Cert IV in training and assessment, or willingness to obtain.
