The Role:

UHC are seeking Enrolled/ Registered Nurses for a young female participant in Grange.

There are requirements to be available Wednesday through to Sunday night, 24/7 care.

The participant's perference is a female nurse.

We are offering the following pay rate

• Day shift $41.85 per hour
• Evening shift $46.04 per hour
• Night shift $46.87 per hour
• Saturday shift $62.78 per hour
• Sunday shift $73.24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming with another support worker
• Providing mental health support
• Administering medication and monitoring the effects
• Assessing and monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of participant
• Providing respite Wednesday to Sunday night
• Community Access
• Domestic Duties such as cleaning, laundry, groceries and cooking

Skills & Experiences:

• Australian Driver Licence
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Enrolled/Registered Nurse
• Current National Police Clearance (within 36 months)
• NDIS Worker Check
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
• Experience with seizures / midazolam management
• Experience with DID
• Mental Health First Aid not required but highly regarded
