Immediate Start

Day shift. Monday to Friday. 4-6 hrs per day,
Casual, possible move on to Part time for the right candidate

The Role/ Your Responsibilities 

• You will be available to work up to 5 days per week, 
with an average of 4-6 hrs per day.
• Assisting doctors with excisions and all treatment room procedures
• Abide to a sterile field
• Wound care management
• Skin biopsies
• Body photography/ mole scans
• Sterilisation
• Removal of sutures
• ECG’s
• Spirometry
• Immunisations
• Patient recalls/ booking patient’s appointments
• LED therapy
• Treatment room restocking
• Unpacking stock

• Minor reception duties when required 

Essential Criteria and Qualifications;

• Current and valid Enrolled Nurse qualification and registration and endorsement to practice as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
• Current First Aid Certificate & CPR

The Applicant Must Have; 

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in General Practice or 
• An experienced Enrolled Nurse from the Hospital system wanting to transition to a GP Clinic who wishes to escape the shift/weekend work or
• Has a special interest in skin and or wound care and assisting in minor procedures
• Exceptional self-planning skills and be able to anticipate the needs of the practice and patients
• Excellent computer skills, BEST PRACTICE experience desirable. 
• Dedication to delivering high standards of care. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with our patients and always with respect and care.
