We are a leading national Occupational Health care provider. We provide a range of services to our clients, across a wide variety of industries, including mining and resources, construction, transport, logistics and local government.
THE ROLE
Due to an expansion of our services, we are seeking an Enrolled/Registered Nurse - Occupational Health Technician to join our friendly team on a full-time basis at our clinic located in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in the Occupational Health sector though it is not essential as training will be given. Enrolled or Registered Nurses with an interest in Occupational Health are encouraged to apply.
The duties and responsibilities of the role include:
- Pre-employment medical assessments
- Functional assessments
- Drug and alcohol screening
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- On-site vaccinations
- Corporate health checks
- Fitness for work assessments
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent
- AHPRA Registration
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Experience conducting basic medical assessments and physical testing
Desirable
- Experience in the Occupational Health sector
- HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing or equivalent
- Audiometry Certificate
