Job Summary
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a result driven, student orientated individual to join our Enrolment Support team! You’ll play a pivotal role in student engagement and retention.

About You
• Previous experience in customer retention.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
• Experience in outbound calling.
• Previous roles in customer retention.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within a small team environment.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in objection handling.
• Organisational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and high emotional intelligence.
• Commitment to enhancing team culture and AIB values.
