The Enrolment Officer will provide a high standard of administrative assistance and support to the school including to the school executive team and teachers. The position works directly with the school business manager in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the school including customer service, reception duties, telephone enquiries, general administrative support and first aid.
You will be responsible for managing the enrolments at the school which includes but is not limited to; data entry of all new enrolments, administrative support of class allocations, Parent Portal management, organising orientation sessions and records management.
You will need to be able to work in a busy ever-changing team environment, set and maintain priorities and deadlines and comply with Directorate policies and procedures.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
- This position requires a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration prior to commencing in this role.
- First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Knowledge of school specific software including Sentral
Desirables
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
