At CGGS you’ll evolve into someone that exceeds even your own expectations.The position As the Officer: Enrolments, you are a key part of a tight-knit team, focused on ensuring a seamless, engaging and proactive enrolment experience for all prospective families. The role supports the coordination and administration of the complete enrolments process from ELC to Year 12, via the accurate processing of applications and interviews. You are seen as part of the front-line services and will often act as a liaison and representative of the CGGS century-old brand legacy. Being highly visible, you will have a personable and engaging manner, be a confident communicator, and are able to share in detail the School’s story and world-class offering. The role is responsible for assisting enrolment enquiries and engaging and nurturing prospective students through the onboarding journey, to build lasting relationships with new families. You will be a great source of information to help families through the orientation and transition programs to effective join the CGGS community.The Officer: Enrolments collates all necessary facets of student applications, smooths the process and thinks year’s in advance to ensure key cohorts are effectively coordinated so that a strong pipeline of future students is developed and maintained. You will come from a diverse and versatile administration and business coordination role and understand the importance of processing accurate and timely information. You will have an appreciation of, and enthusiasm for, the impact of strong relationships, persuasive interactions and robust administrative process. Your day is all about anticipating the School’s enrolments needs. You are agile, approachable and recognised as a trusted advisor and a key team player.What we need:A capable and confident Officer, who is process driven and can coordinate concurrent enrolment applications. Sound experience in anticipating stakeholder requests to plan ahead.Experience in processing both digital and hardcopy materials. Proven passion for communication and authentic connections with a wide range of people, both adults and children. Disciplined, organised and detail orientated—you agree that near enough is not good enough, are always looking for improvements and thrive on consistency.
