Enterprise Application Manager

Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Manager on behalf of our leading global IT consultancy client in Melbourne. 
 
Role offered on a permanent basis $140 - $150K + super, experience dependent. 
 
Requirements:

• 10 + years industry experience 
• Good experience in the Application Support arena as Senior Service Delivery Manager or Enterprise Application Manager
• Utilities/Energy domain experience preferred 
• Well versed with the support of SAP technologies including ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA, Data Analytics,  Non-SAP technologies like .Net, legacy systems
• Have good experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives bringing value to business
• Good working experience in ITSM tool with thorough experience in Incident, Major Incident, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change and Release Management, Asset & Configuration Management
• Working experience in Application life cycle management, vulnerability management
• Working experience in Application rationalisation and simplification activities
• Experience of working with monitoring  tools NewRelic, Splunk, CI/CD Pipeline and Deployment Tools like Bamboo, Octopus, Github is preferred
• ITIL certification is mandatory
• As the owner of the overall process, candidate should be able to take ownership of major incidents and changes to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident/change review
• Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes
• Fair understanding of Infrastructure Support services, Cloud Operations, IT Service Management
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Management skills
• A passion for service improvement via Automation / AI
• SRE working experience would be an added advantage
• Good working experience in Agile and DevOps principles and ways of working
• Excellent leadership, People management, written and verbal skills
• Go-getter attitude and maintain high say-do ratio
