The Department for Child Protection is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join on a full-time ongoing basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, communicating and governing Enterprise Architectures and roadmaps to align with the department's strategic goals
- Leading a team of architects to initiate, plan and lead the development and maintenance of architecture models
- Leading the development and implementation of a systems capability strategy and assessment, identifying required changes in capabilities
- Initiating and leading the investigation, evaluation and implementation of best practice architectural models, standards and guidelines for a range of platforms
- The development and presentation of detailed business cases for approval, funding and prioritisation
- Ensuring compliance and alignment between the department's strategies, technology plans, and transformation activities.
About You
The successful applicant will have experience in leading the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide architecture. This includes experience in creating and maintaining architectural models and views across multiple enterprise, data, applications, security and technology platforms.
You will also haveknowledge of relevant ICT government and information architecture and security related standards, policies, principles and guidelines.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels and present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to a range of audiences.
