There is an opportunity fir a Strategic Business Architect to join an organisation on a max term long contract that will be renewed for a long time due to the ongoing nature of the assignment.
The Strategic Business Architect will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technology solutions to drive organizational growth and success during this digital transformation and capability uplift program. The main focus is on designing and implementing strategies that optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation.
Demonstrated experience is required with the below:

• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating those into solution architecture designs/artefacts to enable the tech team to create IT solutions.
• Good experience with enterprise architecture before moving into Business Architecture.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to define Business Architecture principles, standards, and guidelines. Leading stakeholder engagement between the business and the stakeholders is a key component of this role.
• Designing and modeling business processes, workflows, and data architectures to support strategic initiatives.
• Providing guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams involved in strategic projects and initiatives.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
• Monitoring and measuring the performance and effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on Business Architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to train and address large audiences.
