About the Role
We are seeking applications from suitably experienced individuals to fill the newly created position of Enterprise Asset Management Officer.The winning candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the Enterprise Asset Management Configuration Specialist in the development and continuous improvement of Asset Management systems, particularly the PTA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, and processes across the PTA in consultation with business stakeholders. The incumbent will contribute to the design, development, definition, delivery and review of asset maintenance data structures and configuration standards to meet future business requirements of the EAM.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or substantial experience working with EAM systems in an asset-intensive organisation, preferably rail, with well-developed Asset Management knowledge and master data management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in:
  • The analysis of asset information and identifying enhancement and improvement opportunities.
  • EAM configuration, asset information, master data management and definition.
  • Applying Asset Management strategies, frameworks, standards and/or codes of practice.
  • Experience with the use of Ellipse would be advantageous.
  • Well developed management skills and the ability to make sound informed decisions and recommendations.
This is a fixed term opportunity to the 31 December 2025 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. All applicants must be in possession of a current Western Australian “C” or “C-A” Class Driver’s Licence. This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur for up to 12 months.
