Our Enterprise Risk team plays a critical role in helping PwC to identify and manage the risks to achieving our Firm’s strategy and purpose. We deliver both the uplift required from Enterprise Risk itself, but also in Risk’s contribution to firm wide transformation, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams. We are looking for a team member to support our client facing teams and our functions by assisting our people in the assessment and management of operational risks in PwC Australia.

As a member of the Enterprise Risk team, you’ll make a real impact in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.

As the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will work with our Partners and staff to assess and monitor risks and support the effective implementation of the Risk Management Framework. You will partner with our risk leaders in creating, updating and improving guidance materials; analysing data to help inform and provide relevant insight; and overseeing the collation of management reporting to senior governance forums.

In our Enterprise Risk team, you’ll also:

• Enterprise Risk Management Support: Help drive the success of our internal risk support function through involvement in the Enterprise Risk management process for the firm. This will include supporting the identification, assessment and response activities - ensuring we help our businesses to do business.
• Risk Management Guidance: Provide practical guidance and support to help our business and functional teams successfully navigate our risk management framework.
• Efficient Digital Solutions: Utilise digital solutions to streamline the delivery of our services and help us to improve our internal processes
• Risk Management Leadership Reporting: Support the risk and compliance management reporting to the Governance Board and Management Leadership Team Risk Committees.
• Execute the Risk Transformation Plan: Play a critical role in the execution of the firm’s risk transformation plan including activities to uplift governance, process, capability and systems.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience Required

• Skilled in risk management and compliance, business operations or professional services
• Comfortable working with technology, able to quickly adapt to new technology, enjoy working in an innovative environment with a demonstrated aptitude to learn and leverage new data tools.
• A problem solver by nature, passionate about being at the forefront of change and ready to help us transform how we support our businesses.
• Degree qualified, or significant equivalent experience, professional and a fast learner and committed to getting the job done to an exceptionally high standard each and every time.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right.
• Understand the importance of following processes but are agile and able to pivot where a different approach or broader consideration is required.
• Organised, able to multitask and happy to work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
• Strong written skills and confidence sourcing, collating and reviewing information for reporting purposes.
• Proactive, able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines, and committed to high standards of customer service.
• Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
