See yourself in our teamThe Enterprise Risk function forms part of Risk Management and supports the Group Chief Risk Officer and Business Unit/Support Unit Chief Risk Officers to deliver customer and Group risk and compliance outcomes in the most effective way for the organisation.The Risk ManagementEnterprise Risk team drives the design, implementation and assessment of the Group Risk Management Framework with the Board to enable the Group to deliver its business strategies better, sooner and within appetite.Do work that mattersSupport the General Manager Enterprise Risk in the design, implementation and oversight of the Group Risk Management Framework. Includes:Design of the Group Risk Management Approach and Group Risk TaxonomyDesign and oversight of the Group Risk Management FrameworkDesign and oversight of the Group Risk Appetite Statement and cascade throughout the GroupDesign and execution of the Risk Management Declaration to set and deliver on the Group‘s risk prioritiesMaintain the Group emerging risk framework and develop the Group Emerging Risk Profile to identify and respond to new or emerging risksMaintain the Group’s Risk Accountability models that operate the Risk Management Framework (Three Lines of Accountability and Risk Steward model),Risk disclosures for key reports such as the Annual Report and key market transactionsSupport the Board and the Group comply with APRA’s CPS 220 Risk Management Prudential Standard, including leading reviews of the Risk Management Framework by internal / external audit and operationally independent body every three years,Develop Group-wide risk education materialsDevelop and execute on strategic priorities of the Group Chief risk OfficerRole model a collaborative culture across the Group and Risk Management functionProvide advice and deliver meaningful reporting in the area of Risk Management to the Board and management committeesWe're interested in hearing from people who haveExtensive experience in banking/financial services/other relevant experience and/or Risk Management/Audit rolesAbility to analyse/identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actionsInfluencing and facilitation skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think critically and analytically and use data driven insights to solve problemsKnowledge of Financial, Strategic, Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks preferredStrong people leadership skills, including expectation setting, coaching, and performance managementWe have a supportive culture that encourages personal interaction and does not tie you to a desk.
