Overview:

You will utilize your experience in our products to develop a complete solution – developing architectures and presenting solutions to prospects through engaging demonstrations or other visual media either face to face or delivered via the web, along with detailed written descriptions of our product features.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Enterprise Software Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and activation of the software reseller model internally. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to our sales efforts and facilitate the successful adoption of our IWMS Software Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of IOT software architectures and specifications.
- Design and development of clear solutions responding to current and future customer need.
- Support of complex deals and design of technical solutions.
- Establish and support a new partner delivery model –work closely with delivery partners to identify model and governance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor Solution Architectures, product configurations, demonstrations and presentations to address specific customer needs.
- Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our software to potential customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our IWMS software, providing in-depth product knowledge and technical insights to support the sales process (full training will be provided).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales support role, preferably within the software industry, with a focus on developing architectures, conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for the activation of the software reseller model internally.
- Technical proficiency with an aptitude for problem-solving and an eye for detail, and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
- The ability to clearly impart knowledge to others through product education / demonstrations.
- Be comfortable with facilitating online sessions for meetings, scoping, and training.
- Be motivated, a self-starter, present well, and have good interpersonal skills.
