Entry Level Customer Service

We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the Customer Service industry, to join our Dynamic team at BSC Wacol. Training provided!

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and Customer Service focused to provide technical sales and product support.  Ensuring that we remain the supplier of choice among our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders via phone and email.
• ProvideCustomer Service- counter sales and via phone.
• Attend to general and sales enquiries.
• Assist with pick packing orders.

This position will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

Who are you?

• Good Customer service skills through proven work history
• Good verbal and written skills
• Computer literate at an intermediate level
• The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads.
• Team player to support other areas when required.
