AS A SETTLEMENTS OFFICERS YOU WILL…
Be responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate and timely settlement and activation of new contracts. You will be regularly liaising with internal and external stakeholders whilst always delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
  
YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE…
  • Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely, accurate activation of new leases
  • Manage the lease activation process in accordance with SG Fleet policy and procedures. Ensuring information is always maintained accurately and up to date
  • Timely resolution and/or escalation of any issues preventing activation
  • Effectively liaise with Financier to ensure all queries are resolved quickly
  • Manage and ensure required paperwork is in order following sgfleet privacy requirements for the activation process to be completed and leases settled within the required time frame.
  
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

You are self-motivated with a genuine interest in delivering service to your customers. You are well-spoken, with a professional phone manner and a can-do attitude. You are a confident team player with the motivation and drive to succeed. You will have high attention to detail skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed. You are highly organised and can meet deadlines and KPIs. You have solid administration experience and previous customer service experience and are now looking for the next step in your career.
  
* Previous work experience where you have dealt with a bank is highly regarded.
