We currently have opportunities available with our client to work as a FIFO Bus Operator. Shortlisted candidates will partake in a 3-day intensive course in Perth, which will provide you with the hands-on skills and experience to be successful in the role. 
This is a unique program and a golden pathway for motivated applicants who do not yet have the FIFO experience they need to work away as an operator.
Employees selected from our Training and Assessment Centre will be further trained onsite and exposed to various mine sites on a casual basis.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate/supply:

• Australian Heavy Vehicle Drivers license (MR or higher).
• PTD (Passenger Transport Driver Authority) or willingness to attain).
• Stable employment history.
• Previous exposure to heavy vehicles will be highly regarded.
• Computer literacy.

All applicants must be willing to undergo the following checks and processes:

• Complete a Video Interview & provide reference checks.
• Online site-specific inductions.
• Post-training inductions.
• Pre-employment medical assessments.
• Drug & Alcohol testing – ongoing.
• Onsite training and assessment.

Once selected and trained in a real-world environment, successful candidates are given opportunities to continue their Bus Driving careers with our client long term.
