What's involved in an Entry Level Property Management role?

• Working closely with the property management team to effectively manage rental properties
• Process tenancy applications
• Attend open homes and private viewings of properties
• Attend routine inspections
• Perform exits and entry condition reports
• Prepare lease documents
• Handle maintenance concerns and liaise with tradespersons 
• General administration tasks as required

An Entry Level Property management role is a stepping stone into working toward potentially managing your own rental portfolio end to end or going into a business development or sales role with additional career progression on the cards. The opportunities are endless in real estate.

Requirements for the role:

• Current real estate registration certificate or willingness to obtain
• Current and valid drivers license
• Strong worth ethic and a drive to succeed
• Dedication and commitment toward long term growth
• Previous experience in a client facing or customer service role highly advantageous
