Our Recreational Activities program offers a diverse range of stimulating and enjoyable activities to promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being.Key Responsibilities:-Plan, organize, and facilitate Recreational Activities and programs for seniors, including games, crafts, music, exercise classes, outings, and special events.
-Engage residents in meaningful activities that cater to their interests, abilities, and preferences, while promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
-Collaborate with other staff members, volunteers, and external organizations to coordinate and support Recreational Activities and events.
-Maintain accurate records of activity participation, feedback, and resident preferences to inform program development and evaluation.
-Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and empowered to participate in activities.Qualifications:-Passion for working with seniors and promoting their well-being through Recreational Activities.
-Creativity, enthusiasm, and energy to inspire and engage residents in meaningful activities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.
-Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and coordinate activities effectively.
