We have a fantastic opportunity for an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to work within an experienced team of professionals within our Wetherill Park branch.
This position requires you to be highly organised, priding yourself on strong recruiting capabilities, administration skills and a passion for customer delivery.
You will be supported by the team & management, however you will also be required to be able to work autonomously and pro-actively.
The role
We are looking for a talented individual who brings with them the drive to succeed. A natural self-starter who is comfortable managing their workload autonomously and committed to working in a collaborative team environment.
Hours will be 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
You MUST have your own transport
On site parking available
Opportunities for progression
Key responsibilities include:
Client & candidate liaison
Answering and directing phone calls
Screen candidates
Interview candidates
General administrative duties such as data entry, responding to emails and follow up calls
Managing client related enquiries via phone and email
Organising and maintaining filing systems, managing document control
Database management
Reference Checks on employees
Skills And Experience required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MUST have your own transport
Solid intermediate computer skills across Microsoft packages
Outgoing and friendly personality
