About the role
We are now searching for a Showroom Consultant to join our NSW Sales Team to support our customers in their visit at our showroom at Hoxton Park. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, a Showroom Consultant’s role is to plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities to maintain and develop sales of Blum Australia’s product range to the aligned market through showroom premises.
Key duties include:
- Attend to customers and support them throughout their visit to the Blum Showroom.
- Maintain customer/visitor registration database.
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Responsible for follow up calls, communications and campaigns as required.
- Play an active role within the Customer Service team by providing phone and email support.
- Where appropriate, maintain to an acceptable condition of Blum’s Showroom.
- Where required, provide ongoing administrative support to the NSW State Sales Manager.
