Your responsibilities will include:
- Working hands-on as part of a motivated and passionate team to efficiently manage of all phone and email inquiries into the Repair Centre and all Service Contracts
- Booking incoming repair jobs and prioritizing work orders based on circumstances, driving the workflow of the Treatment Service Engineers
- Receipting incoming parts and arranging the distribution of them when required to the Field Service Team
- Ensuring high attention to detail, thereby positively impacting patient outcomes.
