About the Role
Our Order Entry team plays a central role in ensuring our customers receive only the best service. We are seeking an Order Entry superstar who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a global company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people with hearing loss
As a member of our high performing Order Entry team, your responsibilities will include:
- High volume Order Entry
- Maintaining communication across manufacturing, inventory, sales and customer care
- Following up with customers regarding orders via phone and email
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume data entry role
- High level of attention to detail
- Fast typing/data entry speed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience using Navision and/or Salesforce will be highly regarded
