Our passion for quality also extends to the people we employ, so have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive. Working for the subsidiary, HEINE Australia located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, we are seeking an experienced individual, with a strategic mindset to drive our marketing initiatives from concept right through to implementation.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with digital marketing & CRM along with being comfortable working in a small team environment.
About the role:
Working closely with VP Sales & Marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for all aspects for the marketing function, while keeping in-line with the strategic direction of the organisation. These include, but are not limited to:
- Implementation of promotional programs utilising latest marketing channels (digital, print, SEA, CRM) which can be used in both B2B and B2C environments;
- Creation of marketing materials for internal sales team and distributors;
- Support sales team, manager and distributors with all marketing requirements and new product information;
- Conference and special event organisation;
- Promotional and advertising ROI reporting;
- Management of marketing budget and effective allocation of resources;
- Running ad-hoc projects as required;
- Be a key contributor to the region's annual planning and budget process.
Skills:
- Competency with digital marketing platforms;
- SEO, SEM, PPC knowledge with experience managing Google Adwords and Analytics;
- Event management experience – organising conferences and special events;
- CRM marketing;
- Strong computer skills with competency in Adobe Design Suite – Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop;
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally;

- Ideally you will have experience working within a related marketing field in both B2B and B2C environments;
- Be a creative and strategic thinker;
- Confident to share ideas;
- Willingness to work at all levels and support individuals within the team;
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle projects within specified timeframes;
- Knowledgeable in web strategy approach;
- Strong organization and planning skills;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Adaptability and Positive "can do" attitude.
- Willingness to travel (occasionally required)
