Green Light is a growing consulting organisation known for its work in Telecommunications and System Integration Services organisations. We have a requirement with our client partner for Entry-Level Software Developersto join their team on a 6-month contract with a view to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse, design, and develop a cloud-based software application using a highly automated CI/CD pipeline and Software Development Environment to deliver continuous value.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to implement software functionality that meets the definition of done and exceeds customer expectations.
- Continuously improve the value flow with the Agile team.
- Demonstrate functionality to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must have an existing AGSVA Baseline security or higher (Essential!)
- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Experience in building applications using cloud services and containerization.
- Experience working with a CI/CD pipeline.
- Knowledge of C#, C++, and/or Rust. (preferred)
- Experience working within Scrum.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps framework is a plus.
- Experience in a Defence-related industry would be highly desirable.
