For over 40 years, CDK Stone have been providing total support to the stone industry. We install, service and maintain a wide range of industrial CNC stone processing machinery for customers across Australia.
With a history of hiring and developing Technicians and progressing them in the business, we are now looking for our next Technician to join our service department based in Arundel.
About the Role
Across your first 6 months, you will travel to and live in Melbourne and go through a structured training and induction program at our national head office with accommodation and expenses accounted for. You will then be able to move back to your home state and join the established team in Arundel.
As part of the role, you will work closely with Senior Technicians to:
- Develop your skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and across a number of industry brands.
- Conduct root cause analysis, fault-finding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns.
- Execute the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users.
- Act as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from Production Managers to small business owners.
