- Provide clinical occupational therapy services and leadership to an expanding Allied Health team.
- Integrate clinical and peer supervision throughout the Allied Health workforce.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop rapport and expand services.
- Establish processes for clinical supervision and staff development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and engage in professional development.
- Cultivate relationships with universities and external partners for career development.
- Manage recruitment, induction, and performance of team members.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
- Manage employee retention and workforce planning.
- Monitor compliance with organisational standards and procedures.
- Foster a culture of ambition and success among team members.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community aged care (HCP, TCP, CHSP).
- Proficient in conducting community-specific assessments.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Skilled in addressing individual, structural, and environmental risks.
- Supervisory experience in Allied Health.
- Senior level achievement record.
- Delivering complex, evidence-based OT interventions.
- Understanding of CDC/HCP, CHSP, TCP guidelines.
- Knowledgeable about Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current SA Driver's Licence and a Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.
