Skills & experienceYou will be an Environment & Planning Lawyer at Senior Associate level who is an experienced litigator.
Your new role
Will see you working closely with two experienced Partners. Both are experienced litigators in the Land & Environment Court in relation to planning and administrative matters, as well as environmental prosecutions and civil enforcement.
One of your Partners has 20 years of experience in rezoning and urban release, Commonwealth & State approvals and infrastructure agreements. The other provides specialist advice in relation to duties and obligations under various environmental laws, including licensing, management policies and pollution incident response. She is also experienced in advising clients in relation to the investigation of potential environmental offences and has successfully acted in many criminal prosecutions for both the defendant and prosecutor.
