The Team
Our client's Commercial Litigation represents ASX listed companies as well as international corporate and institutional clients. They undertake some of the highest profile matters and deliver positive results for clients.
You will have the opportunity to work with highly regarded partners, as well as a range of Senior Associates and lawyers at various levels.
The Role
This role will see you working on major Commercial Litigation, including high profile financial services disputes, investigations and inquiries. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing briefs, preparing evidence and assisting with the preparation of court proceedings.
Requirements
Our client is looking to add a high performing Lawyer or Senior Associate to their Sydney Commercial Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 5 years' PQE at the Lawyer level and 5 years + experience at the Senior Associate level. In addition, the successful candidate will likely have:
- Commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience;
- Experience with court litigation;
- A commitment to delivering high levels of client service
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships
