DutiesWorking with a Best Lawyers recognised Partner, you will be involved in complex litigation matters, involving medical negligence, insurance defence, personal injury defending medical practitioners. There will ALSO be some defamation and media law work.The role will have you prepare counsel briefs, draft emails, advice, correspondence, and legal documentation, as well as attend Courts and Tribunals.
About YouAmbitious & motivated Lawyer with 2-4 years PQE;
- An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with excellent academics;
- Have a high commitment to client service;
- The ability to work within a team & autonomously; and
- Excellent drafting & communication skills (verbal + written);
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability manage multiple caseload and meet tight deadlines.
