Environment Supervisor

We have a positive social culture within the organisation, with training opportunities, staff development and flexible work arrangements.About the RoleAs a part of our valued team, you’ll be responsible for supervising teams undertaking ecological restoration activities in a variety of ecosystems.We are seeking motivated and experienced bush regeneration supervisors. The ideal candidate will have: strong leadership skills, attention to detail, the ability to schedule work, high level of communication and interpersonal skills.Essential Criteria

• Drivers Licence
• Experience leading teams whilst undertaking ecological restoration.
• White Card (Construction)
• Physically fit, motivated and capable of working in challenging outdoor environments
• Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment
• Understanding and ability to follow WHS policies and procedures

Desirable Criteria

• Certificate III in Conservation & Land Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years bush regeneration experience
• ACDC Licence
• Senior First Aid
• Chainsaw Certificate Level 1 & 2
• 4x4 experience/qualifications
